The GP Confederation has a number of enhanced primary care services commissioned by City & Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The Confederation delivers on these services by sub-contracting with its member practices and supporting practices to deliver the contract requirements. The contracts include:

The GP Confederation also provides a Stop Smoking Service commissioned by the London Borough of Hackney, and has a contract with the LB of Hackney for the delivery of NHS Health Checks in GP practices.

Please note that, if shortlisted, you will be required to attend interview on 3rd October 2018 at the Confederation’s office.  Timings to be confirmed.  As part of the interview process, a 10 minute presentation will be required, answering the following questions:

“How will you ensure that delivery of this service results in a more highly skilled community workforce at the end of the 12 month contract, and supports innovation in service delivery?”
